These four bars are for health, happiness, looks, and intelligence. Now for a longer lifespan, you can skip the intelligence bar, but be sure to maintain a high level on your health bar and happiness bar. Keeping the looks bar on green also ensures an active lifestyle.
Now to maintain your health bar, make sure that you keep enough money in your old age to pay regular visits to your doctor. Also, a healthier diet with vegetables starting from the age of 50 will make sure that you end up consuming only healthy food.
And if notice that your happiness bar is taking a hit, then do everything you can to boost it up. Besides health, mental health also plays a significant role in a longer life span. So to keep your happiness levels up, keep up with your hobbies, spent time with your loved ones and the significant other, purchase new things that you were keeping an eye on, and so on.
